The Opening Ceremony and the Viennese Heurigen Evening
are included in the registration fee and the accompanying person's fee. As the
number of invitations is limited by the size of the locations, you are strongly
recommended to register early. Registrations will be handled on a First-Come-First-Serve-Basis.

Confirmation
of registration
You will receive a written confirmation of registration
when the payment has been credited to the congress account.
After Monday,
12.10.2009, pre-registration will be closed but you may register at
the "On-Site-Registration Desk" at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen that
will open on Thursday, 22.10.2009 at 14.30 hrs.
If you pay by
bank transfer please make sure to remit the money until Monday, 12.10.2009
at the very latest or bring proof of payment of your registration fee when collecting
the registration material.
Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to
the Congress Office. The date of the postmark or Fax ID will serve as the basis
for refunds. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (Credit card
or bank transfer) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the
meeting.
